LARUS's provisioning

Provides suitable fellowship and meeting arrangements.
Shares meeting background and information.
Provides air tickets, accommodation, and registration support where applicable.
Offers stipend support subject to programme terms and participant performance.

Fellow obligations

Complete assigned tasks and participate in policy sessions, workshops, and related activities.
Engage meaningfully during meetings rather than only attending passively.
Follow meeting procedures and standards of collegial conduct.
Submit a summary report within 30 days after the meeting.

Stipend and termination

Stipend decisions remain at LARUS's discretion and depend on attendance, participation, and compliance.
Support may include advance travel and accommodation payments plus a later stipend amount.
Terms may end if the meeting is cancelled, LARUS does not participate, or serious misconduct occurs.
