What We Believe

Internet policy should not be shaped by only a few voices.

The internet is deeply embedded in daily life, but many people still lack exposure to internet policy development. LARUS Foundation exists to close that gap and support broader public participation.

Our advocacy goes beyond helping a limited group of stakeholders. We believe the whole internet has a stake in how policies are made and governed.

How We Work

Education, support, and participation.

  • Seminars and training on internet governance and infrastructure.
  • Support for students, academics, and professionals joining policy forums.
  • Continuing education that keeps pace with how the internet evolves.
  • Programs that encourage more diverse voices in internet governance.
